WHY IDEAS?

The United States faces a talent gap in emerging technology sectors. Reliance on post-secondary education delays workforce entry and limits participation to a narrow demographic.

With tests scores lower than ever, and workforce development shortfalls becoming a long-term problem, states and school districts require innovative solutions that align K-12 education with employer needs and employment opportunities in technology fields.

Students also need learning options that match the vivacity of their digitally-influenced attentiveness and brain responses. Midgard believes, and research clearly shows, that the only path to success for young people facing the challenges of tomorrow is an effective blending of digital and analog resources, as well as creative and engaging techniques to capture their attention and give them the skills and awareness they need.

THE IDEAS PROGRAM INCLUDES:
